Consultation

After a year of educational turmoil our attention is now beginning to turn towards the future, to September and to a new beginning.

We have worked hard during the past 12 months to engage with everyone in our community; to build, and then evaluate our emergency plans around this feedback.

In June we will commence our 5th Triennial Consultation since I arrived in January 2009. The purpose of this process is to engage widely; celebrate success and identify areas of challenge.

30 Representatives from all stakeholders meet in early July to review the evidence from our consultation. Together the group spend a day piecing together our next 3 year growth strategy. The draft is published on 1st September and undergoes further staff, student and governor scrutiny before being signed off at the full governors in October.

Due to COVID our 2018 Growth Strategy remains incomplete so part of our Triennial Consultation will incorporate a review of any outstanding actions.

All parents, staff, students, governors and wider members of our local community will get further information and the opportunity to help shape the school's future plans in early June.
