Holistic Academic Education since 1551

We are proud to be STEM Specialists working closely with a range of different partners to encourage students to pursue qualifications and careers in STEM subjects. 

 

These partnerships cover regional groups like HETA in Grimsby, through to our partnerships with national engineering firms like BAE and our contacts with the RAF through our Combined Cadet Force links.

The majority of our students take three separate sciences at GCSE, and A Level Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology all run at least 2 or 3 sets per year group. 

​

We have a track record of success of sending our students into Degree Apprenticeship programmes and on to Engineering, Medical, Veterinary, and Science degrees at some of Britain's most competitive and prestigious providers.

We work closely with partners like,  Go4Set, The Ogden Trust, and others through their various outreach programmes that allow our students to engage in a variety of STEM talks, visits, competitions and events.

We also provide our own outreach programmes to local primaries and have been supporting primary science teaching for well over two decades since we were first awarded our Science, Mathematics and Computing Specialist Status.
